Hospice Life Care

We Honor Veterans

At Hospice Life Care, our work on behalf of Veterans reflects our organization’s commitment to ensuring Veterans have access to quality end-of-life care.

Our Level-Three Partnership

We Honor Veterans, provides tiered recognition to organizations as partners that demonstrate a systematic commitment to improving care for Veterans both within their organizations and the communities they serve. Hospice Life Care is proud to be a Level Three partner in the We Honor Veterans program.

Improving Care for Veterans

We Honor Veterans, a program of the National Hospice and Palliative Care Organization (NHPCO), in collaboration with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), invites hospices, state hospice organizations, Hospice Veteran Partnerships, and VA facilities to join a program focused on respecting, listening to, and acknowledging our veterans. Hospice Life Care is committed to providing quality end-of-life care to our Veterans through this program.

Recognition & Appreciation

In addition to providing education to our staff and our volunteers, we engage in a variety of activities to recognize and appreciate our Veterans both on service and within the community.

Hospice Life Care is always accepting volunteer applications from Veterans and current military service members to join our team.
